Usa Optical Inc

I ran a little late for my appointment today due to traffic but was courteous enough to call and let the staff know. When I arrived for the appointment, the door clearly stated that the office was open until 6pm and that walk ins were welcome. No other customers were in the office. However even though I arrived 40 minutes before they closed, the staff told me that the doctor could not see me because he had decided to pack up and go home. The staff knew that I was on my way. I was furious that even though the office was still open, they were turning me away. I think that is horrible customer service and I will never return to their office again.
