On August 8, 2014 I had an eye exam performed by Quiet Corner Eyecare at the Putnam Wal-.Mart. I have insurance that pays for eye exams, But what Quiet Corner apparently did was run up t other types of exams, pupil dilation and glaucoma, not paid for. I certainly would not have requested services I am in no position to pay for. This is just wrong.
