Dr. Kaim made eyeglasses for me that I had to return due to a sensation of falling from a cliff if I tried to wear them. His office manager was rude and condescending. His office refuses to refund any part of the $800 fee I paid. Their motto is "NO REFUNDS" instead of "Satisfaction Guaranteed." I am 65 years old and live in Winthrop--way to go, Dr. Kaim, you have officially taken advantage of a senior citizen.
