Ratings & Review of Jeremy Whitney by Unhappy:

"Positive, dedicated and caring" was written on Dr. Whitney's bio page. For me, it was more like annoyed, dismissive, and callous. He had his moments of pleasantness and did conduct exams that weren't too short or too long. But all that doesn't matter when what lies beneath is an attitude that is lukewarm and sometimes almost insulting, though that may be a sign of what is being taught, or not taught, in schools nowadays and being too casual. He talked too fast and didn't listen well at all, as reflected in my medical record. I thought with his excellent credentials, awards, and reviews he would be the best eye doctor I've ever had. So I was confused when he contradicted himself from the previous visit about my diagnosis and treatment plan. My last visit with him was the worst experience ever at a doctor for me and I didn't feel at all supported. If he believes that trust and communication are keys to quality care, per his bio, I wish he would've applied that to his own actions.
