I had been going to Dr. Binning for maybe 10yrs and never had an issue until recently. The glasses I purchased were not a right fit for my face and hurt on the nose bridge. I asked what they as Binning Eyesite could do for me as my insurance had no patient satisfaction policy. Nikki the store manager started the conversation very rudely and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I had to continually ask her to let me finish speaking and she finally did. I then asked if Binning eyesite could help me outside the situation with my insurance since the return policy on binning's receipt says that they don't give refunds, just store credit. she would then only say that they would be happy to work with my insurance. My advice to anyone reading this is to go to a eye care facility that values long term patient relationships and understands good customer service.
