Called ahead to get new eyepads. Girl said come on in no appointment necessary. Went in over lunch after being ignored for 10 minutes, they charged my $6.00. After going to them for years and paying thousands of dollars they can't give me an eye pad. I wanted a frame adjustment but that's probably $100. Girls very unfriendly. Very unhappy - will never go back!!!
