Dr. Timothy Michael Milburn

I lost $900 when Dr. Milburn would not honor the warranties on three pairs of brand new glasses that were made improperly. He wrote the worst glasses prescription I have ever had, and it causes extreme and headaches, so I cannot wear them at all. Also, the glasses have improper bifocal placement (up to the middle of my pupil), and the lab even put the wrong lenses in the wrong pairs of frames. Multiple attempts were made and Dr. Milburn will not return my calls. His office staff says they cannot help because they are not authorized. You decide if it is worth risking your hard earned money at this place.

I have a $500 pair of glasses that are worthless! The primary focus of this practice is money. The entire staff is trained to up sell. When glasses are not correct, he sends you a letter trying to explain his mistakes, but takes no action to correct them. He is unethical. Money first - my vision a distant second if even in the picture.
