1I have given Mr. Nicholson the lowest rating due to my experience on 10/10/13. Never before have I been treated so rudely by someone who was supposed to be professional. Because he mixed my chart up with someone else's whose eyes were not terrible he acted as if I were wasting his time. His incredibly unprofessional demeanor caused me to walk out the office without an exam. The only possible way for this visit to have been worse is if I were the patient he meant to treat this way.
