We are snowbirds and spend approx. 5 months per year on Whidbey. This summer I scratched my eye and was concerned due to the pain and discomfort. I called and was greeted by a friendly person who arranged for an appointment the following day. Later that same day I received a call advising an appointment canceled and I could come in asap. Dr Cox was very professional and I can not say enough about the professionalism by all.
