HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Tried to get more money out of me after I paid my co pay and she refused to resubmitted my insurance claim upon the instructions of my insurance company. She wanted me to pay $120 per prescription. I told her I am not going to pay $120 each when I have insurance. She then walked away from me and went to the back. I didn't raise my voice and the lady behind me couldn't believe I was treated that way. She is not a part of EyeMart so use her at your own RISK. They cannot do anything to help you if your are treated poorly.
