He did not seem too interested in listening to me. When I tried to describe what I saw in the exam room he made it very clear that he was the Doctor & I was not! I spent almost $300 to be treated w/ disrespect and given an incorrect prescription for my eyes. I have never been treated this way at any eye care center in my life. I felt I got better eye care in the past going to the mall.

This place is awful!!! VERY unprofessional, VERY rude staff!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life!! The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude, often rolling her eyes, and has a belittling tone both on the phone and in person! The lady that assists with picking out frames is also very cold and impatient. The Dr. diagnosed my daughter with lazy eye, and when we took her to a specialist, there was nothing wrong. The average wait time is an hour. AVOID!!!!!
