Dr. Carla Denise Adams

We scheduled my 9yr old son's vision therapy apmt with Dr. Carla Adams earlier this month. Without reason the apmt was cancelled at the last minute. We explained that we had been referred by Pearl Vision and that our son had a degenerative vision issue that required immediate vision therapy. We set a second appointment only to have that one cancelled at the last minute too, as well as a third, fourth and fifth appointment. After the fourth and fifth apmts were cancelled we contacted the doctors office to complain. They could have cared less. This doctor and her staff have no interest in new patients with a degenerative vision issue. We were forced to find another provider, which wasted valuable treatment time for my son.
