They are extremely nice and easy to work with. HOWEVER, the glasses that I got from them don't work. Literally - I can't see out of them. Also, the Sun now looks "streaky" as if the Sunbeams are streaming down my lenses. I am going to go back tomorrow to see if they can remedy this horrendous situation. If they can't or won't, I will post another review about that. If they fix my situation to my satisfaction, I will also write about that. Also, I want to say that the eye exam was the shortest in duration that I have ever undergone, and maybe this is part of the problem - just a typical "mill" where they want to get as many people in and out as possible and thus quality suffers badly. I will keep this site posted as to the outcome. At this point, I am impressed with their professionalism but disgusted with their ability to actually make glasses I can see out of.
