NOT a pleasant experience, NOT friendly at all. I don’t believe Bella vision care much about their customers. The day of my visit a family member had passed away of course I was not having a good day, some of the staff make faces because I didn’t have the paperwork ready although I didn’t know about it, There’s no communication at front about insurance or how they file I was informed while in the exam room. Customer service is important because you never know what your clients are dealing with. From the beginning I didn’t feel welcome at all, I try to open the door twice they look at each other smile and let me stand there for several minutes.
