Dr. Anderson retired, no longer runs the business, when he did, the operation was wonderful, great prices good service, Now just awful, was just over there, waited over an hour while they were on a cell phone doing what I can't imagine, customer was also on her cell phone for 20 minutes, finally got aggravated and asked if I was ever going to get waited on, checked the cost of a duplicate pair of glasses was $455.00, the last time I made them with Dr. Anderson, they were $315.00. I told them I would think about it, will probably never go in there again,
